Kentia palm
The Howea forsteriana, better known as the Kentia Palm, originated on Lord Howe Island, which was discovered in 1788 by Lt. Henry Lidgbird Ball and was named after Admiral Lord Howe. The Kentia Palm is a strong and grateful plant which thrives very well indoors and is ideal for offices, restaurants and homes. Seeds will normally take 3 years to grow into a mature saleable plant which will reach up to 1.5 metres.
